How Much to Mix

Standard Reconstitution Rule
Recommended Bacteriostatic WaterExactly 1.0 mL(100 Units / 1 Full Blue-Capped Syringe)

Inject exactly 1.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water gently down the inside glass wall of the 10mg Retatrutide vial. Do not shake.

Using exactly 1.0 mL simplifies math and preserves Bacteriostatic Water across multi-month protocols.

The Perfect Dosage

Weekly Protocol & Syringe Measurement
Choose your weekly research dosage:
Your Syringe Measurement
20Units
Equivalent to 0.20 mL

Draw the reconstituted solution up to the 20 unit mark on your orange-capped insulin syringe.

⚠️ CRITICAL INSTRUCTION WARNINGThe standard research protocol dosage is 2.0 mg to 2.5 mg per week for all periods. Do not mix more or less water, and do not deviate from the weekly 20 Units (2.0 mg) syringe guidelines. This ensures maximum efficiency, complete clinical safety, and prevents accidental overdosage.

Reconstitution (Mixing) Guide

Retatrutide arrives as a sterile, freeze-dried (lyophilized) active powder. Before administration, you must reconstitute it using the sterile Bacteriostatic Water included in your kit.

Step 1: Sterilization of Working Area & Vials

Safety and absolute sterile environments are critical. Thoroughly wash your hands with warm water and soap. Set up on a clean, solid table or flat surface.

  • Flip off the colored plastic caps from the Retatrutide vial (small bottle with a light blue top) and the Bacteriostatic Water vial (larger bottle with a dark blue top).
  • Tear open an Alcohol Sanitizing Wipe packet.
  • Thoroughly swipe the rubber stopper top of both vials with the alcohol wipe. Let them air-dry for 10-15 seconds. Do not blow on them.
Always sterilize the rubber stoppers every time before inserting any needles, even if you just opened the vials.

We will provide direct step-by-step video instructions below very soon to completely illustrate reconstitution and painless injection methods.

How to Reconstitute & Mix Your Peptide Vials

Active Tutorial

Watch a close-up visual walkthrough demonstrating syringe assembly, drawing Bacteriostatic Water, and slow flow mixing technique to protect peptide molecular chains.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DOSING NOTEThe speaker in this video may suggest using a different volume (like 2.0 mL or more). Ignore that instruction and use exactly 1.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water per 10mg Retatrutide vial. This guarantees you do not run out of water across multiple vials and matches the 20 units (2.0mg) / 25 units (2.5mg) syringe drawing guidelines above.
